Wind Italian traditional instruments and dancing music
(Piva, Zampogna a Chiave, Zampogna Zoppa, Ciaramella, Flauto di Canna, Doppio Flauto) with differents kinds of bagpipes.
The workshop is about traditional dancing music of Umbria and of the whole center of Italy, made with differents wind instruments.
Some of the kind of music that we will learn about are Saltarello, il Ballo della sala, il Ballo dello schiaffo, la Manfrina, la Polka, il Trescone, Sor Cesare, il Ballo dei Sospiri, la Tarantella.
The beginners interested in the learning of the bagpipe in the first lessons will use a double flute or a straight flute as preparatory instruments.
