The lessons, articulated in three days, want to teach the class Popular Singing from the center of Italy (mostly Umbria of course), developing five sessions according to Instrumental Music and and Dancing labs.
The lessons will be about giving the possibility to every component of the class to sing Popular Singing with the help of different lyrics.
First day:
Morning: Narrative Singing from Umbria (Indigenous ballads from the center of Italy)
Afternoon: Saltarello and Dancings
Second day:
Morning: Lyrical monostrophic Singing (Work chants, bivocals, serenades)
Afternoon: Ritual Singing (Tipical Umbrian begging singing, pasquelle)
Third day:
Morning: Social Singing
